These terms cover the text messages Blendwave sends and receives. By opting in, you agree to them.
The program
Blendwave LC operates a text messaging program for account and customer support communication. Messages come from Blendwave and relate to your account, your requests, and appointments you scheduled.
What we send
Message types include two-way customer support replies, reminders and confirmations for calls or appointments you booked, and account notifications such as trial and billing updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program, and we never message people who have not opted in.
How you opt in
You opt in when you text us first to start a conversation, when you enter your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Blendwave form or booking page, or when you provide your number and agree to account notifications during signup. Consent is specific to SMS. It is not a condition of any purchase, and it is never bundled with email or phone consent.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your activity and the conversations you start. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blendwave does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages from that number. You can reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions outside Blendwave's control.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
