How to get started
- Tell the Blendwave team about your business and the channels you want to try.
- We confirm a pilot slot, trial dates and usage limits, then send your account invitation.
- Add a small set of approved answers and a teammate for handoffs. We test the channel together before activation.
What the pilot covers
- Web chat
- Questions grounded in your approved knowledge, conversation history and handoff to your team.
- Voice
- An assisted phone setup with call limits, a shared inbox and a tested human handoff.
- SMS
- Incoming texts and replies after your business registration and sending number are approved. Registration can affect your start date.
Email and social messaging are outside this pilot. Bookings, purchases and other business actions require a separately verified integration.
